Durante a Feira Nacional da Agricultura, a Agenda mobilizadora promoveu dois showcookings & wine/beer pairing com o apoio do chef Rodrigo Castelo, do restaurante "Oh Balcão", Chef Maurício Lage, do restaurante "Amassa", do Engº António Braga, dos vinhos AB Wines e da Marta Nery, da cerveja MUSA.
Foram apresentadas ao publico convidado receitas com proteínas alternativas de insetos, como o grilo e o tenebrio molitor, aromatizadas com cervejas e vinhos nacionais de renome. Uma abordagem inovadora e sustentável para diversificar a alimentação.

Neste certame os visitantes puderam conhecer como já se utilizam insetos para criar novos produtos alimentares. Entre bolachas, muffins, barritas, chocolates e outras iguarias, a FNA25 foi palco para as provas de produtos com farinha de inseto. 😋

The InsectERA Mobilising Agenda mobilised the 41 entities in the consortium to show visitors to the Ribatejo Fair some of the work carried out over the last two years.
At the event, visitors learnt how insects are already being used to create new food products. Amongst biscuits, muffins, bars, chocolates and other delicacies, FNA25 was the stage for tastings of insect flour products.

A 2a edição do congresso internacional sobre biosoluções baseadas em insetos decorreu hoje, durante a Feira Nacional de Agricultura 2025, no CNEMA, em Santarém, tendo reunido mais de 200 participantes, 25 oradores, e apresentação de 52 posters científicos.
O congresso anual, organizado no âmbito da Agenda Mobilizadora InsectERA, juntou especialistas e interessados para abordarem, em colaboração, os desafios, as oportunidades e o potencial deste novo setor bioindustrial - o setor dos insetos. Foram apresentados e discutidos temas e trabalhos desde a alimentação (animal e humana), a biorremediação, passando por matérias-primas, até à saúde.
A edição do evento deste ano contou ainda com o apoio e a presença da IPIFF.
Estamos a construir um novo setor bioindustrial.

No passado dia 23 de outubro, nas instalações da @Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, realizou-se o I Congresso InsectERA, com o tema dos Insetos como Ferramenta de Sustentabilidade.
O Congresso contou com a participação de mais de 200 congressistas e a publicação de 50 posters, resultado da submissão de 56 abstracts, de autores internos e externos da Agenda. Poderão ser consultados em www.insectera.pt/posters/.

The 1st InsectERA Congress was held on 23 October at the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism, with the theme of Insects as a Tool for Sustainability.
The Congress was attended by more than 200 participants and 50 posters were published, the result of 56 abstracts submitted by internal and external Agenda authors. They can be consulted at www.insectera.pt/posters/.
